Rose (The Reshoot)

Hey everyone, this is a reshoot of the rose that I shot yesterday. I set up the lighting very similar (held me a flashlight), but set the f/stop to 22 rather than 2.8.

Very big improvement! Good work with just a flashlight.

A vast improvement over yesterdays. Well done.

A big improvement indeed. But you can still improve upon this shot. The edges of the petals are blown out, there's too much stem, the foreground light is too harsh (it should be brighter but more even), and the foreground shadows are distracting.
