Sample Release Form...

I typically do not photograph people. I usually do wild life or landscapes. lately, I have been doing more candid and street photography. What type of release form are you using and do you have a sample I could see?

I don't believe you need them unless you are shooting commercially. I don't do commercial work an rarely shoot people, so I am not speaking from experience.
