This is a girl I work with that I've been wanting to take some pictures of and today we happen to be leaving at the same time so I had the chance to take some quick shots in the middle of the parking lot. I'm hoping to get together with her at lunch one day and take some more - any and all advice welcome and appreciated.

She's got a great smile! If you're looking to to it over lunch, find a place with some shade and use a fill flash to avoid the middle of the day curse of the dark shadows that photographers face
