scam site ?

I remember being on here one night and someone posted a "to good to be true" thread. I remember someone had referred them to a site that reviews site for scams and such. (which turned out it had had a lot of negative feedback) Am I making any sense here.

My question is this:

What was that site that shows the reviews?

SO that I can keep away from most of the scam artist out there.
