Scancafe experience

I just wanted to go on record that I have had three experiences with ScanCafe and they were all very, very satisfactory.
The first scan purchase was an economy 'kit'; good price and they sent me all the needed materials.
The next two I packed and mailed myself after paying half up front on my estimated number of scans.
They have various ways of purchasing scans; since none of my needs was urgent, I waited for the sale notices that go out to their client and got good deals.
My last purchase of scans was for about 25 rolls of APS that had sat in a storage box since probably 1998.

They send text messages about status and their interface for deleting unwanted scans (up to 20%) is both fast and good.

I had a question about costs and they responded with a phone call very quickly.

All in all, totally satisfied - and will continue to use them again.
