Every once in a while, Craigslist has a real deal. Today, I picked up these gems:

Nikon FG, 50/1.8 Series E, a Five-Star 70-200/4.5, Nikon SB-15 speedlight and a CPC case.

All for a whopping fifty bucks! I think the camera will need new seals, but so far it all seems to be working.

All of my gear is from the pawn shop. I bought my first camera (D3000) new, and that was it. Traded it to the pawn for the upgrade. I love used gear, and there are very few cases where I will buy something new.

nice! love craigslist. always my initial go-to. often 50% or less relative to good ebay deals.

it's where i sell too, as opposed to ebay. for good karma. plus it's so much easier. people come to my door and hand me cash.
