I have a lens here 75 - 300 for nikon cameras...which busted when my camera dropped.
The only problem is the link between camera and lens, was shreaded...I believe its called the housing..
So It cant connect to a camera...

Anyways...was thinking...does someone wanna either buy it? and they can fix it themselves....or...shall I take it apart? and see whats inside...and take some pics of the inside workings and post em here...what do yah think...?

Zooms aren't so good for reversing. And I don't think a 75-300 would be worth it. Is it just the mount that's bent? The lens focuses and zooms without any problems? The aperture is fine? Then why not buy a broken lens from eBay and rob it of its mount? They're normally held on with a few screws.

hmmm...thats a plan...I could even perhaps sell it for someone else to use?

Thing is ive already bought a replacement...but could be fun fixing it anyways

I'm sure you'd learn a thing or two while trying to fix the old one, and if it works, you have another replacement!
