Shooting brick under over head white florescent light?

Hi,

I am working on an indoor shoot (sidewalk bricks patches). Shoot is taking place in a wear house where overhead light is white florecent tube lights. My objective is to capture the original colors of the bricks without. I will be doing film and Fuji chrome. I have done shoots but outside and now seeing the florescent, I am a bit uncertain how to capture the true colors. Should I kill all the lights and then use light kit? Any help would highly be appreciated.
