Shooting in Paris

Hi, sorry if this is the wrong location for this post...but i am after some info regarding shooting in Paris.
I work for a fashion company in Glasgow and we are hoping to shoot in Paris in a month or so......we just need to know if we need permission of sorts for a street shoot. If there is anyone here who has done a similar shoot in Paris could you please get back to me.
