Shooting inside Mammoth Cave

Hello,

I am visiting Mammoth Cave,KY next week and I plan to take some pictures inside the cave. Some areas inside the cave are lighted but some are not. Can any one please suggest me the best setting to take shots inside the cave. My camera is Canon S3 1S.

Use a tripod with long shutter speeds. You could do impromtu lighting by running around with a flash, but be careful not to be in the shot. Also, you could use colored gels, but that's so 90's
