Should I use Photobucket?

I am trying to learn to post an image (I found the test page). But I haven't seen any information about safety. Should I use an in-between service like Photobucket or can I post straight from my laptop running vista and canon ex utilities?

Photobucket is safe, however these days I find it slow to upload to and instead would rather go with flickr; which is faster and generally better made (if not as easy with its auto generated codes for embedding). You can also upload to the forums directly with our on-site gallery as well.
