I like the way his/her front legs are hanging over the edge of the leaf. If it were my picture, I would bump up the exposure a bit to bring out some shadow detail.

I might try raising shadows a bit when I have time. The exposure if raised will show hotspots on the leaves but I may be able to tweak a bit here and there

Tried to brighten shadows as suggested, pushed them to 100 (not sure if I ever did that before but it didn't seem to make the image look false), slightly tighter crop

Fantastic shot. My only suggestion would be to clone out those little blobs visible against the background above the fly.
