Bottom right isn't paper... it's the white background.

Stack paper on edge (like newscasters do at end of broadcast). Take a strong clip and clip one end. Roll paper into tube, with clip on the inside. When end of paper is reached, attach another clip to exposed end. Unroll tube. Wala!
