Sky Blue (photomanip)

I'd like some comments on my photomanip and overall composition, etc.

I snapped this real quick, converted from RAW with Capture NX2 and did the rest in Photoshop CS2.

the blue eyes are absolutly amazing, that cant be the cats real eye color can it? the second one is amazing, I love the blur, and the flower/vines on the corners. my only thing about it is the blur on the mouth and whiskers, im guessing your framing the eyes, so really theres no way around that. I would like to say make the blur end a little lower but really you have a nice line with the nose and whiskers to give it a good place to end. also the shoulder cut off on the right side, but hardly noticable when those eyes stand out so much. either way, both are great
