Went out with a group of photography lovers and we came across this guy sleeping. Please let me know what to do better

I like this image. The monochrome conversion is well done and appropriate, the exposure is good, and the subject is interesting. I especially like the sunglasses on the ground near the bike's rear wheel which appear to be watching the photographer. My only niggle is with the composition in that you have the two main subjects (bicycle and person) occupying about the same amount of the left and right half respectively, giving the image more of a symmetrical feel than migh be ideal, but that's minor. Nice work!
