slideshow mac --> pc?

I made a photo slideshow in iMovie and I'd like to make it viewable in Windows. I've read about various converter software one can download to do this, but I'm suspicious of downloads from companies I don't know, and I also wonder if there is any easier way to do this. Does anyone have experience with this and any recommendations?

NO converter needed just export it as a movie file and then play the movie file on the windows machine.
