This is a kind of weird shot in that although it shows both the very lowest and very highest points in Death Valley National Park (Telescope Peak, 11,049 feet above sea level), and Badwater (-282 feet below sea level), both points are obscured. The mountain top by clouds and the Badwater sink by a rare flood in the normally dry basin in 2005.
