Smilies Window

How come now whenever I open the "More Smilies" window it closes after a couple of minutes? With so many Gifs it seems to take ages to open again!

Also whenever I click on a quick smilie it opens the more smilies window automaticaly?

Madmad was a good smiley until he wouldn't let me use him because of a censor. I got aggrivated so Madass was introduced.
