Snail on a leaf

Nothing particularly exciting I'm afraid, just after some feedback.

EOS400D, stadard 18-55 lens, no p'shoping.

I know it's not great, what the best way to approach getting better examples.

- get in closer / get a macro lens
- try a different angle (from above?)
- post-process the image

the nice thing about this one is that it seems to look at the camera .. so therefore i like the perspective!

Of course a macron lens would help, but not everyone had got one.

The colours and contrast could be improved in postprocessing.

Thanks, I thought the angle made it a bit more interesting.

Agreed regarding the colour/contrast. I'll play with it a little and see if I can improve things. :thumbup:

Can't afford a decent macro lens at the mo...maybe sometime in the new year.
