snapshot problem

Hi,I am using a digicam to take pics of some of my records,the "Albums" turn out good but the 45's don't,well,what I want is to be able to see the "title" of the 45 clearly but the words are not legible,does anyone have any ideas on how I might be able to take a pic of the entire 45 itself but still be able to see the words please?
p.s.Can I upload pics on this forum?

What do you mean. HOW are they not legible? Is it blurry? Is there a glare? Need more info.

My guess is camera shake, try using a tripod.

If it was possible for me to upload pictures here,you would see exactly what I mean,it is very strange that a "photo" forum does not allow pic uploads?
Anyway,the thing is that with the pics of the Albums,you can clearly see the words but on the 45's you cannot,yes,it's blurry.

Maybe you are getting too close. There is a minimum focusing distance.

If you upload the pics, then you can post them, but Chase doesn't have the resources to be able to provide space for everyone.

It's possible that the resolution of your digicam is not fine enough for the small lettering. Either shoot on a higher resolution, or use a slow speed film. A tripod would also be a good idea.

A little more info would help.

What camera are you using?
If SLR, what lens?
Are you using macro mode?
How are the 45's being lit? (natural light, flash, etc.)
