Haha, yep, that is the curse of digital. We don't have to be so selective when shooting, but then we pay the penalty later when sorting.

This photo is shot from my T1i, at 180mm, 1/125 sec - f/11.
The scene is just under a mile from where I stand.

I shot this while it was lightly snowing. I am not looking for the snow flakes, I am not sure where my settings should be. I am shooting this in manual. I am about 8ft from the shot. It is not a bright day, but I would say overcast with very even medium lighting (if this makes any sense)

The first one doesn't seem to have a lot going on.

I like the second one though!

Doesn't seem like it was snowing hard enough to capture the falling snowflakes. Keep it up! Looking good.
