It's called eXtreme Photography! (working title).

basically x number of photographers are given x amount of money, to make the most spectacular shot they can in one week. at the end of the week, whoever has the best shot as deteremined by x method wins x prize.

I did watch a cool show once where people somehow won the opportunity to spend a day with a famous photographer and they showed them all these tricks and then at the end of the day they had to prove what they'd learnt by going on a shoot.... it was pretty cool... but to be honest - not really that interesting.
