The bee has been done to death. He's often considered an easy subject which simply not so.
To get an exceptional bee image is fairly challenging.
#1 : your white balance is off for this image.
#2 : over exposed/ blown out
#3 : underexposed, over saturated to compensate.
All 3 are out of focus.

Try it again. Next time fire off a couple test shots then adjust white balance.

Good tries! I highly recommend flash when shooting bees.. they have wonderful color, and the body and hair will catch wonderful highlights. Flash will also help compensate for any harsh natural light. Tight focus is a must...
