They feel landscape-and-nature'ish, so I moved them, OK?
The swan portrait is a classic.
I like the bokeh in the second but feel that you should have composed all of the seagull into your frame and not crop off its tail and wing endings.

Light was nice when you did the "seagull session"!

Thanks! The seagulls were shot during the "golden hour" :D And what is bokeh? I keep seeing it, but I don't know what it means. Could you help me out there?

It is a Japanese word (originally) and refers to the aesthetic quality of a blurred out background in photography.

I like the DOF of these pictures, it really seems to make the subject of the pictures pop you know? Good job.
