This concept is pretty creative. Well-executed and photoshopped. I'm slightly confused about the red splotch in the right corner though...? I think that's just me being slow though. x]

Yea, I don't get the splotch in the upper-right corner either. I thought it was the outline of the devil's head? Not really sure though.

I actually dont like this one anymore at all. I might redo it much better. the lighting sucks and i could make it look much more realistic.

The "splotch" is a black soul.
It has no shape because I can't imagine one.
he is an empty cavity and the soul for which he is searching is the weird looking splotch
