Took a little trip today for a relatives company picnic. Got extremely bored so of course I started taking pictures.

I liked the images
#1: for maintaining a good composition and keeping shallow DOF
#2: For its overall neatness and lovely color/reflection
#3: i liked it once you said you captured it for its abstract quality

Thanks, yes for 2 I was going for the colors and reflections of the cans. I thought it was strange the way they all lined up like that.

And on 3 for some reason the leaves just looked so weird to me. I was trying to get them to illuminate and stand out against the sun but it didn't work out that well.

I guess when you get bored everything seems interesting.

In the last, if you add some off-center blur-may be radial- i think that will benefit it more

I'll try that, and perhaps another crop.

Scale of 1-10 (Ten being highest) how good is my photography so far? Still fairly new to this.
