Spirits ??

These photos were shot in a 10 minute time span.
There were no clouds. Bright and sunny.
The camera was an Adox 6x6.
The filters used are listed below the photos.
Film was Ilford XP2 400.
Hand held - No tripod

Yellow Filter

Blue Filter

Red filter

Green Filter

wow, those are very cool! very spooky feel with those photos. any idea what would have caused those "spirits" as you say?

I think these are light flares. The filters were the slip-on type and there was a small gap between the lens and filter. The Adox had an uncoated lens but I never could duplicate the effect ?

Though lens flare sounds right my guess would be something during development.
