It looks nice, but I would cut down on the saturation a bit. I think it kinda blew out the lights at the building and the clouds in the background. What program are you using? If you're using photomatix take down the saturation when you tonemap and then if you want to make changes later, do it in PS. The color range is awesome though!!

I like it, but I do agree with kidchill on the saturation part.
Too bad of the floating thing though. You can't crop it off, because you'll miss the beautiful clock a bit further away.

It's pretty slanted....you can really tell by looking at the clock tower
