Great captures, that there is a female scorpion fly and they are very good at avoiding getting caught in the web and by the spider. They can even sence the vibrations caused by a spider on the web and know when it is comming to make their get away .

Wow! Thanks for the education! I thought that's what was happening but as I have never seen that before I wasn't sure. Nature is amazing. And thanks for the links to the other photos, kind of interesting to see the same thing shot by someone else!
