Thanks! It's a great town of just over 20,000. Largely settled by Highland Scots. Not uncommon to hear Scots Gaelic still spoken. Home to N. America's largest Highland Games. Friendly, low-key place. Steampunks always welcome, too!

Love Steampunk, but calling it "Couture" is a misunderstanding of the essentially 'gritty' originality. It stands it next to a very pretentious (albeit creative) art form. A bit like equating Punk music with Classical music. Just because it's fashion doesn't make it 'Couture'.

After you grow a sense of humor, you might crack your French-English dictionary and look up "couture."
Don't recall ever seeing a "ready-to-wear" steampunk outfit--the best of them are always custom-made.
