Storing Matted Photos

I have some matted photos.... and they are warped pretty bad
what's the best way to store photos so they dont warp?

Maybe you could store the photos in plastic sleves or in a photoalbum sort of thing.

I dont know how you stored them before, to have them warp?

they're matted on a peice of cardboard i think- i just let them sit around becuz i didn't know better... would in a box with a heavy book on top work better?

The photos may have warped because they were in the sunlight.

Placing a heavy book on the photos may help unwarp the photo.

The way i store photos is in a 8x10 sleeve that is in a three ring binder.
