Street - having lunch

I spotted this guy having lunch during my travels in Peru. I like it, but there is something bugging me about it that I can't put my finger on. Maybe it's the blue on the right or that the window is not quite level. What do you think? Comments and critique appreciated.

I think it's that we can't really see the fellow very well. It looks like the subject of the photo is the stencil painting to the right of the window and not the man eating.

That does not make it a bad photo though, I think it's pretty good. But maybe with a more clearly defined primary subject, it would be a bit more interest grabbing.
