Street Pastors [Plymouth, UK]

Hey all.

Heres a few shots from an ongoing series on the Plymouth street pastors. They are an ever growing group of Christians from the Plymouth area that go out on the streets on Saturday nights from 10pm - 4am, basically just looking out for people and making sure they are okay Especially students from the university etc. They are essentially a presence on the street and carry first aid kits and also flip flops for girls that loose their heels on a night out.

Im not religious myself, but really admire what these people do.

Theres a lot more on my website of them actually out on patrol. These images are from the new street pastors being commissioned and a few colour shots from the new "roving patrols" that go out on Friday evenings, via cars in the out skirts of Plymouth.
