I'm undecided on what type of lighting I should go with for portrait work. I've been thinking all along that I would go with strobes, but based on what I've been reading lately, quartz might be the better choice. However, I'm a little concerned about the heat from quartz. I anyone can shed some "light" on this for me, I'd appreciate it.
