Submitting to 'readers pics' sections

Hey just wondering if I could get some advice.

I think a couple of the better pictures I have taken may be good enough to submit to some photography magazines. It would be super-satisfying to get one published and just to see it in a magazine.

Just wondering if anyone has any tips?

Should I submit differant photo's to differant publications? Or should I just spam the same photo everywhere? What are some good places to try? Any tips welcome.

Where ever you end up sending them read the fine print first. Chances are you will be giving up all rights to the photos.
