Sorry to be the oddball here, but #3 is stunning. Love it.

I'm not a super fan of shallow DOF with flowers but these are really nice. I don't know why I'm drawn to them. I think #1 is a unique flower with a nice color pop. #2 flower type does lend to the softer edges. #3 could just be the B&W being different for a flower shot. Whatever it is you pulled in someone who normally wouldn't give too much of a second look.
