Love it!!! I love the stage lighting and the subject and her dress. The low angle of the lens gives her a real "Diva" look. I am a little bummed that her hair blends into the background. I imagine some pshop work could correct this. Since she has black with in black hair you will definitely have your work cut for you. You may be better off leaving it. On second glance the floating head is kind of surreal. There are some image quality issues. Let us know if this is because of web/jpeg compression or what.
