I would choose a more desirable location if possible. The parking lot doesn't really lend itself well to the beautiful sky. Be careful how you focus as well. These appear to be really out of focus. In a scene like this you should be focused at infinity.

A good color capture......consider cropping bottom and top areas of #1.

On my screen both shots appear out of focus...handheld????

Do you have PS??? If so you may straighten the lamp posts with "lens correction".

I transformed this to straighten light posts, cropped out some of the foreground, increased sauration of all but the yellows and sharpened a mite.

different - maybe not better than the original.

I spent about 15 minutes working this over. Cropped then used the clone tool to remove remaining lights and to change the horizon and then applied a litte saturation.
