My only nit pick is the Yellow sky, The texture in the waves are simply... marvelous

if we are nit picking i dont like the two dark bits in the sky... apart from that amazing shot thanks for giving us a look at it :thumbup:

What could have been a very flat image has some great visual interest in both the sky and the water creating some perspective as well. I would have perhaps changed the camera angle a little to create more of a diagonal in the line of the waves.
