Sunset...with bugs...

Could anyone fix this picture...as in remove the bugs. I don't have photoshop so I can't do it, and I can't any free software to edit like that other then maybe paint. I can also send someone the picture if they wanted to edit the original for me I do realize that the background is fuzzy also...but I'm just learning...
