Hey,
I am new to photography, only P&S before this. Dont worry I wont be bothering you guys with yet another "which camera should I buy" threads, there are like a million of them already. I just finished reading "Understanding Exposure" and I think I got a firm grip on the basics. I like street and landscape stuff and I really like the HDR look.
