Table Glass mini series

Have posted a single shot in the critique section but thought i would share a mini seriesin the general gallery. Not really into still life, so the setting up of the ideal shot was a touch strange to me.

Comments welcomed, i'm wanting to learn.

#1 - first go at this, not really happy with the overall feel.

Whatever that liquid is in the Warsteiner glass ... probably only water for the set up here and to get a good effect out of it ... it FEELS wrong to me. A good Warsteiner belongs into a Warsteiner glass! Not water! ;)

I quite like the second photo here but would personally crop off the bottom, the out-of-focus part of the table.

And I understand what you were aiming at in 3, but --- wrong liquid ;) ;) ;). Though the effect you achieved is nice!

And I really like the focus on the shadow/reflection of the glass only in 4.
