The graffiti here is nowhere near that colorful.

Good compositions, great color. In the first one, you could maybe try and tone down the ice in the dead center, the stark white competes with the color on the walls. Minor critique, though.

Love the graffiti one, except for the fully blown out sky (which I am sure would have been hard to expose properly). Could even crop to the hood fan/ac unit maybe?

I agree with Surfing regarding the cropping of #1.

I didn't think Ann Arbor had any graffiti!!

Hmm, I kinda liked the Blown out sky. Oh well, each their own.

And I had never seen any graffiti in Ann Arbor until my buddy took me to this place, it was kinda neat. I'm glad that people do their work in places like this rather than on the sides of buildings that are out in the open.

Of course, to each their own. But for me the really bright sky really draws the eyes away from the very colourful and enticing "art work".
If graffiti has to be done, in secret spots like this ARE the best spots.
