take pictures at events, hand out ticket number and have them view online

Does anyone know of a free service or script where I can take pictures at events. Then upload them to the internet, the person goes to the site, enters their ticket number and views the photo. I'm not looking to charge for this so I'm looking for a free service or script. This would be like the theme parks do just as you walk in, except I won't be charging.
