What do you recommend when taking pics inside a dimly lit bar. I have a d7000 with a 50mm 1.8, also have a Nikon SB700 flash. I'm not sure what the best option would be.... any ideas? The pics will be of the women working in the bar in their Halloween costumes.... thanks.

I'd get a big sheet of Plaskolite and have somebody hold it near where you are going to take a picture. Bounce your light off the white reflector.

Probably want to use flash for the majority of shots (unless the location is well lit).

Avoid direct flash if at all possible...bounce the flash or get it off camera.

Thanks for the tips!
