Tamron 28-75 nikon fit

I have the above lens which,depite its slight low light focusing issues, i think is excellent,great value lens gives superb pictures especially portraits with its contant 2.8 aperture through its range,My gripe is despite being pin sharp it has no image stabilization so i am looking for an exact,or near enough replacement that does have.Do nikon do something similar ??
