Technical problem Adobe CC: LR not reading lens profiles

LR is not reading lens profiles, also not allowing manual selection of lens profiles. All of the exif data is present in the files.

Any suggestions?

Do you have an older version of LR without the subscription and are you using a newer lens?

Thanks - I have the subscription. It has always read the Nikon lens profiles. I didn't notice exactly when it began to fail. Maybe a month or two.

Just checked for updates and there was an ACR update available. I'll see if that has any effect once it downloads.

Not had that issue myself, but I'd try adobe support as it sounds like a bug to me. If updates don't fix it, it could be a matter of making a copy of your lcat file (for backup) and reinstalling
