Teleconverter and body without focus motor

I'm wondering if my lens with autofocus will still autofocus when i put a AF-S Teleconverter TC-14E III on my camera body without a focus motor?

Yes. The AF-S designation tells you it will.

The S is for the Silent Wave Motor that is in the lens.

And on a TC the S means there is a electronic contact on the TC so the motor in the lens can be activated by the camera.
