All you need is the URL to your photo and IMG tags. What you do is right click on your picture and select properties. copy and paste the URL from there and then come to the forum. What you do is type [img ](link goes here[ /img] without the spaces (if I hadn't used spaces you wouldnt be able to see it because it would try to turn the text into an image.

If you use photobucket they do this for you so you just need to copy and paste

Also, on the tool bar when you are typing, second icon to the left (little picture that looks like a mountain with the sun in it) you click that and paste your link in.
