This guy is usually hanging around the garden somewhere. Today, it was very hot, and he found a lower limb of the pine tree, with good shade, and stayed there.

Nice shot, but you've cut the tail off and the image looks oversharpened, with some jittery bokeh. Are you using lightroom?

Sorry, he's a fine looking lizard but I have to agree with weepete, but, the over sharpening is an easy fix. The blurry bg makes me think it was either a windy day or maybe a bit of camera shake.

Hmm... shot it with the telephoto on a Samsung S21. There was a bit of wind, but not extreme. Let's see.

It was rather dark and contrasty in the original. Maybe a slow shutter?
